Sweet Day!

Avery and Mark took off this morning for Palm Springs to visit my mom and dad, play some golf, and soak up some sunshine.  Unfortunately Em and I had to stay behind.  We treated ourselves and Emmy's doll Sparkles to lunch at the American Girl Cafe.  We had such a sweet time together.  It's rare that Em and I are together without Avery.  But Avery was definitely on Em's mind at lunch.  She asked me, "Next time when we come here can we bring Avery and Aly (Avery's American Girl doll) and Daddy too?"  She is so precious... always thinking about her sister!

We're still here....

It seems like each time I sit down to post to this blog I have to re-committ myself to it!  I promise, we're still here... I'm still taking lots of pictures; not as many as I'd like, but doing my best!  Life is busy with these two running around! 

Trick - or - Treat!

Here's some Halloween pictures!  Avery was a butterfly, thanks to Aunty Beck and G.G.  Emerson was a "Green Friendly Witch".  They were so cute!  Aunty Beck got their costumes for them and G.G. sewed and hemmed everything!  Lucky girls!!

We had so much fun yesterday at a farm we've never been to.  For the last few years, we've been going to the same farm for our pumpkin patch adventures.  I discovered this one in Snohomish and the kids had a blast!
